Welcome to the third day of Lawn Fawn Inspiration week! I hope you have loved the sneak peeks so far. Today LF is sharing the newest stand alone dies--Milk Carton and Stitched Borders. The Milk Carton die is so cute to use a party favors, treats, and so many other things. For my sample I chose to create a whimsical wedding favor; and, on this project are sneak peeks of two other stamp sets that are going to be revealed within the next few days. I just can't wait for you to see them!
If you take a look at the bottom of this treat box you'll notice the line detail and I did that with one of the new dies from the Stitched Borders set. You can head over to the Lawn Fawn blog by clicking, here, to view both of these new dies and get a closer look. You can also watch an intro video where Kelly herself is sharing these products in detail and creating a project with them.
I hope you loved the sample that I created and feel free to leave me a comment! Thank you for stopping by.

So Excited About the New Cricut Cartridge
Thursday, April 12, 2012
I stumbled upon the new Cricut Cartridge at my local craft shop (or at least I think it’s new—I’ve never seen it in stores before so it’s new to me, haha), and I almost had a heart attack. It’s the ‘Sweet Tooth Boxes’ cartridge; and you can make a variety of treat boxes and tags! If you don’t know by now I love to make cupcakes and use them for my photo shoots—but now I have something cute to give them away in. Right now one of the projects I’m obsessing over the single cupcake box with the heart window on top. I just melt every time I look at it because it is SO cute. Ok enough talking, let me just show you a few pictures of the pieces of the treat box and how it looks assembled.
Isn’t it so cute?! What’s great about this new cartridge is the instructions book—it’s much more detailed than the older Cricut cartridges and it even shows you how to glue the box together. In other cartridges it doesn’t even show you how to put favor boxes together—they just kind of let you figure it out on your own. Another cool feature in the instruction booklet is they even tell you exactly what size to print everything out in so you don’t have to waste paper trying to figure that out too. So, I’m super happy about that.
Not only am I excited about being able to give these to my friends and family after I’ve made a big batch of cupcakes that I won’t each, but I’m also excited to offer these cute boxes in my shop.

Dressing Favor Boxes
Tuesday, January 31, 2012
I wanted to share this cute idea I had in mind for the favor boxes I sell on my website. I received an email from the Etsy Press team asking if I would like to be involved with an ad they were going to run with an online newspaper; and the specific item they had in mind for their ad was my Valentine’s Day favor box. So I figured it would be a good idea to add a photo onto my Etsy page with a cute idea on how to use these cute boxes—and I want to share those pictures here too!
What I used:
My Valentine’s Day themed Favor box
Clear candy bags
Cookies
Ribbon
Tags (Optional)
I love these boxes, and this idea works well with other boxes as too. So whether you have a Cricut cartridge like me, or you find favor boxes somewhere else you can use this cute and simple idea for weddings, Valentine’s day, and even Christmas (Of course with different colors and stamp designs).
