Today I’m joining in on a super fun Valentine’s Day Blog hop
hosted by Jenn Shurkus over at the Creative Chick blog. This blog hop began on
February 1st and is 14 days of Valentine’s Day inspiration by lots of
talented crafty ladies. You can also win prizes by leaving a comment on my blog
and by leaving comments on all the other blogs that are participating as well.
Do you want to view the blog hop from the beginning? You can
do so by clicking here. Cheiron Brandon over at the, My Craft Life blog is
first on the list and you can hop your way over to my post from there—you can
even leave a comment on each blog along the way! That will definitely increase
your chances of winning something.
If you’re stopping by my blog from Laura Sterckx’s blog—welcome!
I’m next on the list and I’m super happy to share this V-day card I created
using a few stamp sets by Lawn Fawn and an awesome die set by Mama Elephant. I
used the lovey-dovey elephant duo from the stamp set, Love you tons, by LF—the ‘You+me=”
sentiment from the stamp set, Science of Love, and the alphabet stamp set, Milo’s ABCs to create the custom sentiment ‘Tons of Love’. The scalloped hot pink panel,
and the white stitched panel that holds the entire design was created using the
Femme Frames die set by Mama Elephant and you can find that by clicking here. You’ll
notice that there is a light gray, pink, and blue confetti design coming in
from the bottom of the panel and I was inspired to do this by the Mama Elephant
packaging that their dies were stored in. To create this confetti effect I used
a small circle stamp from the Lawn Fawn stamp set, Gnome sweet Gnome and I
think it turned out so well.

sure to leave me a little love and my hop participants a little love as well
throughout this series. (hint: we LOVE comments) Let me know in the comments
how you are sharing the LOVE of this blog hop- you can share the link on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest.
The more times you share, and the more days you share the
better your odds of winning! I
will be randomly picking some sharers and posting them and the prizes at the
end of this series.

I, too, have this Love You Tons LF stamp and die set......just adore those precious elephants!!! I did surgery on mine and cut it so I could use the Love You on one line and the Tons below it.....or make a custom sentiment. Love how you did your card. The gray and scalloped pink are perfect!!!
