Last night, I decided to work on some sewing projects. It’s
something that I wanted to do after I listed all my 2012 Christmas cards, tags,
etc. but I never got a chance to do it; namely, because as soon as I started
listing my Christmas things—they started selling—and I got really busy with
orders. I planned on having some new tote bags, messengers, camera cases,
jewelry cases, notebook cases, and coin purses in my shop just in time for Christmas
but yeah, that never happened. So last night I was super excited to have the
chance to get started. I also thought it would be nice to share pictures of my
tiny work space because I’d realized that I’ve never shared them before. I have
about three workstations right now, my desk located in a dark hallway, a closet
that a visit many times while I work because my desk isn’t big enough for
everything I have, and my sewing station (which isn’t pictured).
I also decided to take all these pictures in B&W and I
don’t know why I decided on that—I guess it just seemed right at the time,
hehe. I wish I would make more time to make my workstation look a lot more
beautiful and glamorous but I just don’t see the need sometimes, because nobody
ever sees it.
I love that you shared the photos in B&W
ReplyDeleteI found a large 2 gallon zipper bag of items that I never got listed. Took them to a show and someone bought half o ght e items. I was happy about that.
My office is a mess. I keep pulling more and more stuff out and then I have out all the items for ebay. But soon, I will have most of those ebay items sold and can get the fabric pieces all in order. Starting a tub of sewing projects and will work on which ever one is next in the tub until they are done.
Marry Christmas!

I love the black and white! I hardly ever see people use that anymore. Also, I like your work station :)

Your work station(s) are really neat compared to our mess of a work space! I can't wait to see all your new goodies that you're working on. And I love the photos in black & white. Haven't seen B&W photos in a bit, and they're always so nice to look through. =0)
ReplyDeleteHave a Merry Christmas, Nicole!

My stuff is in a messy state - but black and white always looks more tidy :)
ReplyDeleteAs soon as it was sure that the items will not arrive before Christmas, I started working on some Valentine items. I know, crazy, right? But they are so time consuming that I will be glad for what I did in the end... :)
Please share the finished products with us as well!! :)))
Great photos! Iis fun to see where and how people work...
