My Simple Thanksgiving Decor
Thanksgiving is over, but I wanted to share my super simple decor. Living in Los Angeles, means I have access to the famous Flower Mart--where one can get amazing flowers for such a great price! This year I didn't want to go too traditional with the fall colors and I simply went with what attracted me at the flower market. I had some of these wooden baskets left over from my little sisters baby shower so I decided to fill them with these amazing flowers. I am by no means a florist so I simply used things I had laying around in my craft room to create this arrangement. I found, a few bowls, plastic bags, and a sponge, hehe! In our family we love to throw parties and have family over for dinner so we always have linens, plates, and mason jars in the garage. These beautiful scalloped white plates were purchased from the 99 cent store. You would think it just by looking at them, but they are so nice--what a great dollar store find. I hope you enjoyed this simple post and I hope you had a great thanksgiving with your family.

Lawn Fawn, Chibitronics Week
Thank you so much for stopping by! This week the design team is teaming up with Chibitronics to create some awesome cards. These kits are available on the Lawn Fawn blog, here. I had such good time creating with this kit, it comes with instructions on how to create your very own card using the Chibitronics kit, and it was very easy to follow--in my opinion. I have never used anything like this before and it the instructions where very easy to follow.
If you know me personally you know that I love to be outdoors and I love mountains and hiking. So for this card I used the (relativly) new die set, Stitched Mountain Borders, and to Lawn Fawn card stock: Storm Cloud, Manatee, and Noble Fir to create the mountains the meadow. For the bear images I used the stamp set, Dad + Me, and rather than using the coordinating dies I simply fussy cut the images out. For the trees in the background I used the stamp set, Toboggan together, with the LF ink, Storm cloud. For the fire image I used the stamp set, Love you 'Smore.
To create the constellations background I used a variety of Tim Holtz distress inks, and a white gelly pen; and, when you press on the firefly the Chibitronic lights can be turned on and off.
I hope you enjoyed this card and post, if you would like to view more cards by the DT feel free to head on over to the Lawn Fawn blog by clicking, here. If you have any questions about the products used feel free to leave me a comment and I will reply as soon as possible.

Stamptember, Simon Says Stamp and Lawn Fawn, Happy Howildays Exclusive Stamp set
Welcome to Stamptember with Simon Says Stamp and Lawn Fawn's exclusive stamp set, Happy Howlidays and coordinating dies! You can click here to be directed to the link where you can purchase this adorable stamp set. Lawn Fawn knocks every stamp set out of the park with it's cuteness and punny sentiments, what I love most about this set is all of the extra stamp elements you can use to create such an amazing scene. You have a variety of hats and beanies for each dog, along with a rain deer hat, nose, and a scarf--so cute!
The coordinating dies for this set make for easy card making--especially for winter cards when we are busy with Christmas and other things. I did use the new stamp set, Snow Cool, to create the snowy background along with the Lawn Fawn ink pad in, Manatee, but this Simon Says exclusive stamp set comes with a variety of snow flakes to create your own background as well; and, thats another reason to love this stamp set! All the elements for create your cards packed into one single set.
Not only did I use this amazing new stamp set and it's coordinating dies, I also used the new (and my favorite) paper collection, Perfectly Plaid Christmas 6x6 petite paper pack. Don't even get me started on how much I love these collection. I was working at HQ when I saw the samples of these collection spread out onto the tables and my jaw dropped (as it does with everything new that I see, by LF, hehe). This paper collection is pure magic and perfection! I'm sure going to be using this collection on many Christmas cards this year--as I used it on this card for the release.
This stamp set can only be purchased at the SSS website so if you would like to purchase your very own feel free to click, here. Don't forget to head on over to the Lawn Fawn blog as well, by clicking here, to view all of the DT samples, watch an intro video by Kelly Marie, and to get a chance to win this set as well! I hope you have enjoyed this post and please feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions!

Mom + Me, Lawn Fawn Release Week
Today we are sharing the adorable stamp set, Mom + Me. How adorable is this stamp set with the little mommy owl and fox holding their children?! This stamp set is perfect for Mother's Day and of course could also be used year round, too. There are so many little elements in this stamp set; such as, the grass, florals, butterfly, and tree--just to name a few. I feel in love with this stamp set the moment I saw it and my favorite part of this set is the little stump. I just knew that this stump could be used with all of the other critters in the Lawn Fawn collection.
I definitely can't wait to use this set this mothers day--and all year round to create some cards! I hope you loved the card I created with this set for Inspiration Week but don't forget to also visit the Lawn Fawn blog to view more of the DT creations and watch Kelly's awesome intro video.
